GnomeActivityJournal - GNOME Live!

The GNOME Activity Journal is a tool for easily browsing and finding files on your computer. It uses Zeitgeist to get information on what files/websites/contacts/etc. you worked with and Tracker to get information about the current state of the files and all sorts of meta-data (including tags).

Zeitgeist Project - Desktop Activity Logging

Zeitgeist is a service which logs the users's activities and events, anywhere from files opened to websites visited and conversations. It makes this information readily available for other applications to use. It is able to establish relationships between items based on similarity and usage patterns.
